Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. Delivery time is 15–20 days.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates. Some orders may arrive sooner or take slightly longer depending on your location and the fulfilment centre used.

Processing Times

We work hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. Processing typically takes 1–2 business days before your package is dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

Delivery

Most orders are delivered by your local postal service, and packages will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your postal service may leave a notice with instructions on where and how to collect your package.

Unexpected Delays

In rare cases, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. These delays are often caused by factors outside our control, such as postal service slowdowns or customs processing. If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Failed Delivery

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, an unavailable recipient, or if the package is refused by the customer, it will be returned to us at the customer’s expense. These costs—including shipping fees and any additional charges—will be deducted from your refund total.
